Born in Detroit, MI. Rico as his family and friends call him was raised in a single-family home and became addicted to sports and physical fitness at the early age of 8 years old. His first love originated from playing sports, specifically football. Rico was a three-sport letter in High School earning awards in Football, Wrestling, and Track. he learned the art of discipline, contact, and training because of what football demanded from him. Rico walked on, played for Central Michigan University for 4 years, and became Captain his Senior year. after football, he became a Graduate Assistant Coach for Central Michigan University. His love for fitness has not changed since he was 8 years old. He is now a personal trainer helping people reach their goals. He accredits his accomplishment of being a trainer to his Cincinnati Fitness Group, The Monstas of Cincinnati, led by several natural physique winners. Fitness, muscles, personal health along with goal setting has always been his passion. Rico loves the grind and pushing the body to the max and overcoming fitness barriers.

Rico is the owner of Bodied By Rico a fitness training program that started in his basement as an online training program for family and friends. BBR has now grown into a face to face personal training session, group Bodied, and Specific targeted area Camps. BBR is Rated E for everyone and wants to be your choice for training, fitness, and wellness by adding more quality to your life through its unique and individualized training platform. Rico currently resides in Cincinnati, OH married to his beautiful wife Myra with 4 great children. Derrick 18, Adrian 16, Isabella 5, and Madeline 2.
